I have personal hands-on experience repairing and remodeling houses — plumbing, HVAC, roofing, electrical, framing, kitchens, bathrooms and plenty more.

I’m not a licensed contractor or tradesman. When the answer belongs to a licensed specialist, that’s who should answer it.

I communicate

I answer my phone. I return messages. I’ll tell you what’s happening, including when there’s nothing exciting to report.

I won’t sell you on it

If the house makes sense, great. If it needs more investigation, we’ll do that. If it stops making sense, that’s useful information too.
